National Telecommunicators Week is coming up April 13-19, 2025!  We want to show our appreciation for each of our dispatchers by participating in Adopt-A-Dispatcher this year.  

How it works: 

Submit your request to adopt one of the dispatchers by April 10, 2025 by filling out the online form at https://www.coffeycountysheriff.org/adoptadispatcher

or by calling  Sheriff's Office at 620-364-5537.

After we receive your request we will assign you one of our twelve dispatchers and send you information about her.  Show your appreciation for that dispatcher by bringing homemade cards, a note of appreciation, colored pictures, a sweet treat, gift basket, gift cards, etc to the Sheriff's Office during Telecommunicators week April 13-19, 2025.  You do not have to spend money to show your appreciation, small tokens of gratitude are enough. 

 To ensure that your dispatcher receives your token of appreciation, we suggest that all items are brought to the Sheriff's Office located at 605 Neosho St, Burlington, KS 66839 by Monday, April 14, 2025.
