Due to construction, there will temporarily be NO ACCESS to the Burlington Elementary School/Burlington Early Learning Center hug and go lane entrance from Neosho Street. That entrance is currently blocked while equipment is being used for construction at the new Law Enforcement Center. For now, you will need to utilize the entrance to the day care from 6th and Des Moines and then use the turn around to exit the same way (back to 6th and Des Moines). River City is working as quickly as possible to make this as temporary as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
