Athlete of the Week: Laura Bashaw

Laura is originally from Gridley, but now lives in Burlington.  She has been involved as a Special Olympics Athlete for 3 years!  She participates in track and field and bowling events, but bowling is her favorite!  Her favorite thing about Special Olympics is being part of a team.  

"Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt."

We wish all of the best to Laura as she continues her career as a Special Olympics athlete!
