On February 12, 2023, Coffey County Deputies stopped to check on a suspicious vehicle parked in a parking lot of a rural business.  During their interaction with the two individuals, deputies developed information that led to the arrest of both subjects for possession of methamphetamine and catalytic converter thefts.  The investigation has led this agency and other agencies to solve numerous cases involving these crimes. 

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
